1) A stick of dynamite has recently been added to my inventory. I think I have to use it to blow up stuff in the mines, but I've looked around and I don't have that option anywhere. Could someone give me direction?

2) Also, I have given the technician the (object) and now he's on break, but I still can't get the wrench. How do I get that bloody wrench?

3) Finally, what am I supposed to do with the golden necklace, which I worked long and hard in order to procure?
