TOA...I feel stupid!! Help

All I have is a back pack and a coulpe of rocks. I started a fire, but I still can't get into the dorm. (the fire is over now) I made a map and checked off everything I did, and there is nothing else that I can do. I am so stuck, it's humiliating.
