If it's available in your area, you might try Ulink (www.ulink.net). My mom's been using their service for about four years now, and she still likes them. If you pay for the year, it's something like $12 to $14 a month. But like Darien said, look around for local providers, too, since they're sometimes smaller and cater more directly to your area. At any rate, you should be able to find something for about $15 per month, and if you pay more than that, you're probably being ripped off.
