I'm finally to 7. Thank god.

Anyway, the clue is: He went to Ramshackle Town to visit some backward sort of fellow. I overheard him say the address. It's on Finnicky Street. Um...I forget the number

So look for a "Ramshakle Town". For this one you actually have to go and look around inside the link.
