FQ - Stuck at the cells

I have read previous messages and still can't make any progress. I have bashed on doors and have tried different combinations of bashing but still can't figure it out. I have searched the open cell but have found nothing. I know it has something to do with *force* but I have no idea what this means - can anyone help - please?????
