I need help with Trail of Anguish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need some help. I'm stuck. I don't know what to do. I can figure out how to get the nurds into the junkyard, or were to put the two people that need a hidding place...I've looked everywhere. I can't get into the key shop, no mail is comeing. I can't think of what to do next...it anyone hase any tips, I'd be very greatfull. Thanks
