2:1 Duke of Big help please

I've been through the site guide, I have the 14 letters made up of 3 words. It answers the clues to the very last letter.
Buy the way, every time I type in the last word, on this game I get the error message. Sell obviously I'm wrong but I can't find any other words that fit!
I would really appreciate a little guidance here.
