Did you talk to the guy in one of the rooms near the janitor? He might have some things for you. I think you're going to have to fix the conduits and the boosters before you find anyone else in the patient ward.

If you haven't done so already, enter Docking Bay C, and talk to the people there. They'll guide you.

I'll warn you right now, though -- a lot of people have trouble with the conduits.

And you won't find some of the rubber tubes for a while. Take care of your two assigned tasks first, and then everything else should fall into place. But do examine things -- floors, ceilings, equipment. . . .
