TOA / Trail of Anguish... HELP! I need items?

I don't know what to do next. I've solved two of the professors' tasks, but need to retrieve the books from the bookstore for the Lit professor and to get the mail for the crazy science professor. Please help!

Plus, I keep seeing that people have a red dress and a crowbar and I'm unable to find either!

My items are: 2 Necklaces, Purse, Gym Shorts, Picket, Gas Canister, 2 Rocks, ID Card, Tennis Shoes, Enrollment Sheet, Remote Controlled Plane, Map of Elkland, Hovercar Key, High-Heeled Shoes, Course Textbooks, Remote Control Device, Backpack, T-Shirt, Note from Chris, Rusty Key, Mailroom Key.
