Ok, I'll give you some info on her, but it's alot of stuff, so it might take you a while

First of all, make sure you have a murder hole open. To get her into the hole, you'll need to get to your feet first, so hit her a couple times, and then kick her. After that, you need to hit Pheicryn with two things that your carrying, one of which you can get while battling her. The stone needs to hit her first, so go ahead and hurl that at her. Now you need to get the chain. She'll most likely catch you and pin you to the ground, so just do the same thing as the first time. After you get up and grab the chain, hit her with it and it will knock her into the murder hole that you opened. After that, all you need to do ie kick her and wahoo! You've won! I hope this helps you.
