Wow! That's amazing. The Olympics are my favorite sporting events, and I saw the torch twice; once when it came to Baltimore, and once when it came to Philadelphia. I was very excited, since I was out of country the last time the Olympics came to the United States. Washington-Baltimore has an Olympic bid for the XXVII Olympiad in 2012, and the CEO of the bid committee was at the ceremony in Baltimore. I chatted with him for a little while, and when I mentioned that I collect Olympic pins, he gave me a pin for Washington-Baltimore 2012! I was very excited. Here's the link for the Washington-Baltimore bid's website, in case you're interested.
