A nice site. It's just a shame there are so many errors in there. I've emailed corrections about a few of the British laws (and American laws that I've been able to confirm as false) that they've gotten wrong, but to no avail.

Also I have some serious problems with their definition of a "dumb" law. I've not been there since Sept. 11th, but they used to list a lot of anti-terrorist laws as being dumb. I wonder if that's still the case.
