A Bunch of Questions About GOA and POA

I'm close to finishing POA. But...I'm stuck in GOA! Here's my questions for the games.
In POA, I need one more nanoxite stone(I'm figuring I need 4 nanoxite stone and six peryolitium shards). Where do I get it? Sandstone caverns, the area with the now knocked down pillar or the main mine area? And where do I get the last rubber tube? I have some questions for gremlinn too. Why are people so careless with their passcards and keys around Corolis and Akumos?
For GOA, I can't progress. I've been up the mountains, talked with the sage, messed in the room with marble. I'm figuring I need a torch(I've got the tinderbox), but where do I get it?
