GOA - Can't find apples!

I have done everything in Llagimlyn, like rescued the Gwuils, and served ale. I bought a map and I'm ready to go, and I have the note. .. but. . . Sea Nymph won't move! And there's no apples in the city! Plus, how do I get upstairs, and will I ever see Blood Drops or Darius again? I have a lot of questions.
