Yes, you need to kill the wraith. Be sneaky - you need to solidly strike it with your sword twice.

Killing the wraith will open many possibilities...

Try one thing about 20 more times until you can sell it. Be VERY VERY VERY persistent and don't take no for an answer.

Not yet. That is in a part of the game you have yet to reach.

No. Well, if that happens, it's a server issue, not a bug with the game. Sam can usually restore the game if you ask, I believe... as long as you don't immediately restart with your old username.
