Enter the maintainance doors from another part of the station. You entered the tubes that lead to the control room M-30 by entering the door in your bosses office and coming out into Docking Bay B, right? Now, go around the station trying doors one by one, and there will be (exactly) one more door that will open, leading you to control room M-1, and then do the same thing again (obviosly) to find control room M-20.
