Yeah, that bugs me too. If women want men to stop making fun of them, they should stop making fun of men.**

And I've always thought the use of "woman" or "women" as an adjective, especially without a complement with men, sounded phony and a little silly, but it's not going anywhere any time soon.

**Don't take that to mean "So long as you make fun of us we'll continue making fun of you". Take it to mean "Quit making fun of us, you hypocrites".
