Okay, let's see... I know you get a couple or three from the crazy scientist in the laboratory, and I know you get some from the door next to the rubbish pile. The one thatyou have to blow open with Dynamite. If you haven't done that, I advise you take a mirror, spring open a door, trade the mirror for an earring, and then use that to get a business card from a man who collects jewelry.

If you're stil stuck, go odwn into the mines, and dig around for ores on EVERY SINGLE SCREEN. There are a lor down there. And by the way, if you haven't gotten there yet, there is a way across the river, and all you need is a pick.
