Look everywhere for the cat, don't forget to speak to everyone; they may have seen her or might be able to help you.
And I do mean everywhere!
As far as I remember, you probably won't pick up any rubber tubes for the moment, I see you've been to the mines, did you pick up anything on your journey down, if so have a chat with someone, who'll mention it and give you something for your troubles.
