I have assorted tastes in music, ranging from techno to jazz to classic rock. However, there are two types of music that I don't really care for:
1. Rap music. I'm not out to offend anybody, but rap music is simply not the type of music that I feel comfortable listening to. Plus, the majority of it contains some dirty language, which I'm kind of sensitive to.
2. Most of today's mainstream pop music. To me, the people behind singers such as 'N Sync and Britney Spears are more out to sell an image than actual musical talent. 'N Sync is basically just five alledged "cute guys" who can sing, and Britney is portrayed as a harem with questionable morals.
I prefer artists such as the Beatles, Vince Guaraldi, and most 70's classic rock.
