Chase your cats around the house, or drop rags on them from the top of the stairs (where they can't see or hear the rags coming) or make loud noises when they're focused on investigating something. Your life will be better for it.


I've found that doing things like that only results in me getting hurt. Last time I tried that I put a pair of whitey-tighties on my cat and it clawed my arms and legs with a rage and bloodlust I have only seen in rabid animals. So needless to say, I have yet to do that again.
