Since it appears that MarkN doesn't have the time to continue our story (that's not supposed to be an accusation, I know from my own experience what it's like to be part of something vaguely project-like and lack the time needed to do one's part), I'm going to start another one. I'll need participants, of course, which is why I'm posting here. Please reply if you're interested.
The theme is going to be rather serious, I think, but with some room for a bit of humour where it fits. I have the first few lines of the unfinished story lying around somewhere; they'll need few adjustments. But be warned: I might suddenly decide to use a different thing I've got floating around in my head. It's a funny story about an elephant.
