still stuck in GOA despite advice(see what do i do now?)

I had 10 gemstones cos I kept stocking up on them.
The only items I haven't used yet are; the picture, magnifying glass, map, 6 apples and clear focus stone.
All the other items I've used are; gemstones, guard's sword, stone of strenghthening, food rations, rope, tinderbox, torch, wire clippers, crate and hammer.
I'm trying to collect more bronze coins as currently I have 20.
I don't know what I'm meant to be doing or where I'm meant to go!
Please can I have some advice on that.
(ps I'm in Boredom and have tried to kill myself in different ways again!)
