For the tower, you need the appropriate password (just for a change) I can't remember where you get it from though. You need to be a little persistent in trying to enter the tower to be asked for the password.

Don't worry about the dagger before the tower.

I hope this helps, my tiny brain is too full of GOA right now to remember FQ properly.
