One of my favorite (and most fattening) dishes is made with chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni. Here's the recipe, it's definitely worth trying sometime:

Prepare 2 boxes of chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni.
Stir in two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and 3 or four cooked and diced chicken breasts. Put this mixture into a large casserole pan and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top of it. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes and let stand for another five or ten minutes.

It's great for leftovers too.
