Heh. Strange that in Scripture, God equates the offering -- and eating -- of unleavened bread to holiness and truth. By comparison, that meant yeast-leaven represented sin and malice... a fermentation process that could spread out of control and spoil the whole dough. Then Christ came and turned the entire analogy on its head, equating leaven to the spread of the kingdom of heaven itself. What a reversal! I've never looked at it this way before.
