Break Away - Can't find endings 2 and 4

I have completed Break Away with endings 1 and 3.
But I can't figure out how to get to endings 2 and 4. Where should I look for the items I need for those 2 endings?

When I win with ending 1 and 3 I have:
Car Keys
Warm, Woolly Sweater
Cool Pair of Shades
Service Elevator Pass
Small Key to Glove Box
Box of Discount Dog Treats

When I win with ending 1 I also have:
Hot Black Coffee with Sugar

When I win with ending 3 I also have:
Hot Peanut-Pizza-Macchiato Coffee Thing
Ugly Piece of Trash
Stinky Piece of Trash
Moldy Sandwich Remains

For both endings I had at some point:
Vicious-looking Paperwork
Individual Doggie Treat
Cute Little Puppy
