I don't have the pw to heywood22, and it's apparently not associated with any email that I have access to, so I was just thinking that it was easiest to re-register (as heywood23). I'd say it was right around a month ago.

I was on level 7-ish and just sort of cruising along. Felt like maybe I clicked too quickly and gave the game a hiccup.

I don't mind at all restarting at some point. Thanks for checking.
