Oh What Fun!!!

I have tried so many ways to adjust the power conduits. I reset them back to the way they were when I started and am trying again. I keep getting confused with the diagram and inner parallel, outer parallel. I could use at least a method I'll understand to get them lined up. Or a nudge.
