Stuck in SS... chapter 3

So far, I'm loving SS... but I haven't made any progress of late. I can't get back into the palace, can't get into the V camp, and I don't know what I am missing. Please help! Thanks!

I have:
9 Carrots
5 Mana Mushrooms
Busted Flute
Glass Vial
Toothbrush
1 Frog Figurine
1 Rubber Glove
Crowbar
Gobberfish
Tower Keys
2 Jujurr Fruits
Black Boots
Fancy Clothes
Secret Book
Tree Branch
