I am not sure if you have updated your inventory. The portrait you have is it the one you purchased back in Larosis? If it is then you need to go to the castle and check out the banquet hall. Have you talked to Baglinder? He is outside the city in the building near the desert. He will give you a hint. The blacksmith needs a picture of what you want him to make. There are a few things missing in your inventory. You need something back home. It goes with the hammer. You also need something from Herrick's shop. However, you need more bronze coins. Update your inventory.
