Stuck on TOA

I'm stuck! I think I need to get the T-Shirt so I can play football, but have no idea where from. I've been to every available place multiple times and clicked every option, but no luck.

Heres what I have:

2 Rocks
Gym Shorts
Crowbar
Enrollment Sheet
Map of Elkland
Stylish Shoes
Picket

I've left the dragon costume in the library with Silas and the other one.

Please help!
