GOA...got Picture..Blacksmith won't make ring?

I don't know what I'm missing here...I got the picture with the ring, and as far as I can tell I have everything else I need to progress, but when I show the picture of the ring to the blacksmith..he tells me he can't see it well enough? What am I missing!!!???? THANKS!!!!
