I Figured Out the Conduits!

If anyone else has issues with this, this is the message that helped me the most, written by Shandar (my valentine)
"I won't give you locations, but to fix the conduits you must have a configuration somewhat like this:
1. Pick a junction to start at.
2. Align the junction to point north and across the inner.
3. Move north. Align the junction to point south and across the outer.
4. Move across the meridian. Alight the junction to point north and across the outer.
5. Move north. Align the junction to point south and across the inner.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 until you return to your original location.
7. Talk to the technicians on the radio.
8. If after complete the steps it doesn't work, move your starting junction north. If that doesn't work, move it across the meridian. If that doesn't work move south. One of the four configurations will solve the puzzle.
That will complete the conduit job. You may not understand it, but that's how it's done."
