i have so far gotten to finding the secret room in the study, i have no idea where the cogwheel is, or how to get to the tree, or what to do in the chapel, and is there even a graveyard, and what is the way to it?

I currently have: acorns, lavender, credit note, money, iron key, silver key, pocketknife, feather, birdseed, and the maps.
