Fantasy quest 1 help!!

I am stuck where do I find the password for the first tower. And how do I get past the sprite in forest. Someone please help I don't what to do next. Oh and I can't find the store. How do I get there? Any hints.Spoilers okay.
My Inventory is as follows:
Sword,
ticket,
jewel,
silver key,
sack,
nails,
shovel,
branch,
club,
bow,
arrow,
rope,
and hammer.
