Wizard's Hat

Found the key, got into the mansion, found a wand that I can't grab, opened the door, gave the dwarf the books, and bought some casta-- I mean, a ring.

I haven't done anything yet after getting the ring, but my problems are the werewolf, treehouse, Grondar's cloak, and buying the box from the elf, which may be completely pointless.
