There are a number of things that can cause this, and there's no way for anybody on this board to be able to tell you. You need to make an appointment with a doctor, tell the doctor about the problem, and go from there.

It is something you should definitely do, because the potential is that it's serious -- but it's not something worth worrying about in the meantime, because there are lots of things that might cause it that are not serious at all. And then there are a lot of things that are serious but easily curable or manageable, provided the problem is caught sooner, rather than later.
