But seriously, you need to see the doctor who can advise you about what to do. In the meantime avoid driving.

Another lame joke on that subject:
"Doctor, I keep seeing spots."
"Have you ever had this problem before?"
"Yes."
"Well, you've got it again."

I hope you get a more serious answer than that. Chances are that it isn't serious, but have it checked so you can stop worrying.
