Intriguing matches in the Quarterfinals:
#4 Rathorne defeats #8 Trogdont - Rathorne continued his path of destruction by upending previously undefeated Trogdont. I seriously think Rathorne's the favorite right now.

#12 Gilgamesh defeats #10 Lancelot - The Sumerians triumphed over the Greeks in a battle of mythological proportions. Both players will have lower numbers next to their names on Wednesday.

Automator defeats #3 Arawn -- Yea, it was a rematch of last month's final, but at some point Arawn's lack of funds was going to catch up with him. Still, finishing on a loss in the quarterfinals with a record of 6-6 might be one of the most impressive feats I've seen.

UPSET OF THE DAY: Brianung, the first time quartfinalist, knocking off #18 Purplerain to advance to the semi-finals. Congratulations go out to the rookie.

Semi-finals Preview
Automator versus Brianung - The unranked semi-final pits the first time semi-finalist Brianung against last month's runner-up Automator. I'm calling this matchup a coinflip at this point, which is probably what a lot of the matches at this stage are.

#4 Rathorne versus #12 Gilgamesh - The ranked semi-final. Both players have made one previous final, and are among some of the best MA players to have not won a title. One them will advance and get a second crack at etching their name on the winners page.
