Where've I been? Busy, I'm afraid - and I am feeling guilty right now for stealing some time just for me, but I'm overdue and might implode if I don't take a break!

Not actually a "teach" anymore - I'm officially a vice-principal, as of July 1st. I've been acting in the role since November, but was confirmed last month. It's the best job I've ever had, and I work with a great team. Still getting used to being "the boss" though - the other night, someone pitched me an idea, and I was thinking "Why is he trying so hard?" Then it occurred to me that I would be saying yes or no!

Family is growing - kids will be 11 and 13 in the next month, and my husband is taking on all sorts of new job-related challenges as well.

Things, in general, are great. I miss my time here, though, and do want you all to know that I read the whole Forum and keep up on LJ (teach64 there). I've popped in occasionally to RinkChat, missed most of you.

And I do miss most of you - I hope you're all having a great summer, and, more than that, I hope you're all finding some happiness.
