Trust me, there was nothing "once upon a time" concerning the computer knowledge of people here. Case and Point: Someone called me today, asked to change their password on Windows. (Keep in mind, this person has worked here for years and would have to have known better). She called me to ask if, when it asked to put her 'old password' in, whether or not it was the password that just expired, or just any old password that she had before.

I really didn't know what to say to that.
