stuck, and housecleaning

Well, . . . I thought it was just stuck on monster arena day 3, so I didn't try to post. Actually I found a new playground on Flickr with a few other Rinkies. Flickr is on Yahoo, so it will never replace RinkWorks. I read here, but there, I just look at the pictures.

Now for my usual comments on the Reader Poll: Yes, I really do run the vacuum, but most of my house work is in the shop and I am never very good at keeping it in order. I have a couple of parts scooters in there and they are raining rust all over the floor. I can't sweep the rust because of all of those tools scattered all over the floor. And I can't seem to get the tools picked up, because some are metric and some are SAE and it requires a lot of bending over and squinting to see which tool box to toss them into.

The scooters used to be parked in neat rows at both ends of the shop, but now they are just sitting around in random places, covering tools and getting rust on the tires. There are cabinet doors that I can't close because there is a scooter in the way. The shop was built for four or five scooters and there are 13 in there.

This morning I tripped on a box of parts and sent it scooting into a group of paint cans. The noise was somewhat like the sound you hear at a bowling alley. I still haven't fixed that collapsed shelf, and the clock is still on standard time. There is a jar of 3/8 hex head bolts missing somewhere in the clutter.

I found the Honda gas tank that I lost the other day. After searching the shop, the shed, and the garage, I found it on the scooter. I forgot that I had re-installed it, and with the seat down, the tank was not visible. Which reminds me: If anybody sees a head light running around without a scooter, send it home. I miss it.

Now where did I leave that shop vac???
Howard
