I could not find the rules anywhere on the Internet. The best I could come up with was a photograph of the rules sheet, but the resolution is WAY too low for anyone, even me, to read.

I did find a copy of the whole game for sale on eBay. It's useless to me, as the seller won't ship to my home country, but perhaps you could buy it and see if it has the rules sheet.
