Looks good - and it looks just about identical between IE 6, Opera 9 and Firefox 2. I am suitably impressed at the level of cross-browserness.

It is really friendly and navigable. Only thing is on my 1280x1024 desktop, it looks a little scrunched into the corner (I tend to have my browsers maximised and it takes up roughly 60% of the width and 70% of the height of my screen, allowing for toolbars etc.)

Seriously though, it looks real good. All I think you need to do is allow a bit more flexibility on the interpretation by the browsers (e.g. allowing them to expand where space allows) and you're done.

Of course, that's entirely up to you... I've never been one for design of websites (I'm a programmer not an artist!)... when I last asked for artistic design feedback on sometime, it was suggested somewhat tongue-in-cheekily that I'd used a FrontPage 98 template.
