You helped the Indian. He didn't give you anything. But you showed compassion. This will help you later in your quest. You need to take care of business in the Enchanted forest. You need something to get rid of the vampires. There's a character near the old fortress that has a sweet tooth. He will give you something that will help. You will need a total of l0 gold coins for the soothsayer. You will find them soon.
