The artist quest will open up a few more doors for you - most immediately, it'll get you a way to get proof of the kung fu fight.
To create an artist, you'll need a blank antisocial template. Check the Main Gate for your victim.
You can get his headwear from the supply closet, a distracted teacher can give you eyewear for you to colorize, you've got the goatee and colorizer and Mrs. B will supply the means to make him smell (she'll give you another discipline item). After you've fixed him up, talked to him and looked him over, you'll send him to the art room. Once that's done, you can nab something that'll help you make an artistic fashion statement.
