I realized after posting my reply, that that was the case. I live in the woods, so spiders and such varmits are very common around the house. They will find a way in. We have had to evict snakes, lizards, at least one frog, and countless spiders. Toads are usually content to sit around outside under the porch light. Flies and mosquitoes are not a serious problem inside, but I have to wear insect repellent when I work outside in summer.
