I still read them again and again and I never cease to be amazed by these stories. Some of them may be urban legends but having worked on IT helpdesks before, I know that the people I work with (despite those former co-workers managing aspects of peoples' lives!) can actually be that stupid sometimes.

These are people who manage to drive big heavy metal boxes around without damaging anything, and can manage to insert food into the correct slot on a regular basis.

To sum it up, a quote from Men In Black:

"A person is smart, people are dumb."
