My family has something over 300 records, and they're all playable. Every so often we buy some more at a second-hand store for less than a dollar apiece.

When was the last time you used a manual typewriter?
My Dad has one, and I have one. We haven't really used them for years, but I occasionally drag mine out to reassure myself that I can still do a fairly reasonable speed on it.
